my name is colin and I have been over the past 3 years been wanting to become a back angler in tournys. been fishin bass for the past 10 years. need someone who is willing to take me on as a back angler and hone my abilities i learn quick and am very motivated. anyone who can help it would be great

I posted instructions on your other post. So, at least this will bump you to the current activity.

Have you checked out the regional circuits web sites yet?

Have you identified an FLW or Bass Masters event you would like to fish?

Have you located and joined a local Bass Club?

All these things will help you get to that back seat.
Too much water, so many fish, too little time.
