Trying to buy a sticker from the store

I'm trying to purchase one of the window decals from the store to put on my truck, but am having problems. When I am in my shopping cart, the only buttons I can push are the Submit button, and the get more button. When clicking the submit button it just refreshes the page. Am I doing something wrong?
