Re: Wallace
last week i was heading up to reiter and noticed no one was fishing near the bridge so i decided to fish the wallace instead.
i floated jigs and it was a coho every 1-3 cast so i put my phone in a tree and got this footage. Enjoy:) bobber down at 2:20

I did get a steely take down on my first cast but after a few head shakes and a flash it came off

Re: Wallace
Well if there's fish I'll be up there monday. Can't stand combat fishing when there's 5x as many anglers as fish.

Re: Wallace
BTW- Just a side note, but has anyone tried drift-fishing plugs like small kwickfish or flatfish? I picked some up from Cabela's today intending to try it, and wanted to know if anyone's had any success using them in that way.

Re: Wallace
Instead of trying to "drift" them, on small rivers like the wallace get above the slot your going to fish and work the plug down slowly. Just pull a little line off at a time till you are as far as you can get it to work.Dan Boone wrote:BTW- Just a side note, but has anyone tried drift-fishing plugs like small kwickfish or flatfish?
