Anyone know when they release fish? I always heard it was in February, but I can't find the info anywhere.

The Indians release a few, not sure what time of year but the big dump comes if Pac Fish has to dump fish before they die if too much water is coming over the dam. Last summer they released almost a half mil if I remember right.
