fished da nisqually last night a few hours befor newyears and left just after 12 noticed a handfull of guys fishing,but wasnt crowded, went 3 for 5 used a kalins glow grub and 1/8 oz jighead with smelly jelly jiged in very slowly. this is my biggest chromer buck at nisqually sofar fo me it was around 20# easy.. fishin was pretty slow but waz fun on my centerpin rod with a spinning reel 8# test faught this one about 10 minutes..fish are in super close so stay back to avoid spooking them. most fish were big chromer bucks and a few broke me off #-o dang dogz tooth , have a safe and happy new year everyone =D>

Not a trophy,but cool pic. perhaps... and something a little different than the standard hatchery steelhead pics.

fished da nasty couple hours again..went 6 for 10 i thought i post these chromers b4 they hit da brine then da smoker..apple smoked chum yummy [drool]

32 inch Cowlitz steelhead. Not caught in the Blue Creek slaughter line.

Yes, slaughter line. There were up 3 people at the Blue Creek island both sides hooking up each time we went by. They were lining the bank and they were slaying them. Now wouldn't that make it a slaughter line? :pirat:

one of my favorite pics of all time, and my second biggest hatchery steelhead of all time. 17.7 pound vedder GIANT!!!!!!

B-day yesterday, took today off to wet a line.
S-L-O-W day on the banks, but managed one nate to C&R and this one to take home.
10# cleaned and she took me on a bank scramble to get her in, happy birthday to me :cheers:
