Sometimes it has to get worse before it can get better. I'm receiving regular feedback from many of you now letting me know of problems. Sometimes, in order to fix those problems, I have to make a larger problem and fix that one as fast as I can.

What this means is that occasionaly the entire site will appear to just blow up and not work. This might appear as our standard error screen or it might appear as a error screen filled with a bunch of technical mumbo jumbo. If this happens, just hit the back key and try to refresh in a few seconds and everything should be back to normal.

This shouldn't happen too often and I hope to take care of all the website issues like this over the next day or two.
