It's like 2 Christmases

Post by reelman » Tue Sep 28, 2010 3:30 pm

I put in a request for "dead stuff" to tie flies. Someone sent me an e-mail back saying he was going to butcher a hen and offered the feathers. He then wrote back saying his friend's father died and had a few things he would throw in the box with the feathers.
"A few things" was a collection that took him probably 20+ years to amass. It filled a 18" X 12" X 8" box full.
So cool!

Fly Fishing, like any faith, has varying levels of orthodoxy.

What a blessing that was.
Look for Wannafish A Lure on FaceBook
He said, “Throw your net on the right side of the boat and you will find some.” When they did, they were unable to haul the net in because of the large number of fish.
