Man there is nothing like having your own personal pond to fish out of. Back home in Kentucky we have a stocked pond about the size of a football field not even 50 yards from out front pourch. It is stocked with Large Mouth Bass, Bluegill, Crappie, and Channel Cats. When we dug the pond we made some deeper spots for the cats and took PVC pipe and made some stick ups for the crappie and laid a few logs for the bass. IT is great because if you've had a hard weekend on the lake and you got skunked, you know you can jump in our lil' 8 foot row boat with a little minn kota trolling motor on it and troll around and catch what ever you want to fish for as long as it's in there.
