54 lb Chinook. Caught in Freshwater and in '08, but if you're looking for "motivation". . . .

45 minute battle on 30 lb test. We had to unhook from the anchor and chase him down before he spooled me.

Well...they started in the salt.
I was able to put my father-in-law on to his first ever Chinook last week.
