Did you know that if you serve on the Board, it has been statistically proven to reduce your chances of losing a lure?

I know its early but... Has anyone talked to the Tapps County Park people about opening times? I know its just getting light out at 7:00-7:30, park starts staying open later next week.

Are we still going to get 6:00am launch access this year?

Oops, I goofed. Bill reminded me that Denny said because of budget cuts he wasn't going to have the boys come in early just to open the gate. By the way, I posted a couple of pictures that I took at the launch yesterday 3/27/09 in the Freshwater forum under Tapps.

No fish were caught by my family, but the day sure was nice. Dont think Kevin or Cody caught anything. Brett O and some other guys were out there too, didnt notice them catch anything either.

Water level is kissing the bottom row of bricks at the launch and the docks were floating at the ends. We didnt have to go any farther than getting the rear wheels a lil bit wet to launch.

Not sure what was up with the Christmas Tree floating by...

Bummer, we'll be out there again this weekend.

Hopefully they changed over to the summer hours, spring break is next week for our kids and we want to try getting out there a couple days after I get home from work. Weather looks like it might be decent Saturday thru Tuesday.

Dang... Guess I'll have to get an Allen Yorke pass instead. I hate those bollards, but it sounds like it'll be the only game in town for getting an early start.
