scooby-doo'n a BIG trout on myron lake

Post by panfisher » Wed Feb 11, 2009 10:28 pm

went down to myron today for an hour and caught this 28" 8Lb'r from the same hole i fish'd yesterday:cheers: . but this one i had to use my scooby-doo pole, since a bigger trout broke off at the hole (1/2 hr before) with my lucky jig#-o . this fish was longer than my pole. with a one fish limit on this lake i decided to take this one home.

Nice fish! Amazing such a monster would go after such a tiny jig. How thick was the ice?

Where is this lake located? I looked at the past reports and it said it was between fruitvale road and highway 12 but the lake I found was aspen lake. thanks

Great fish. I love the pictures especially the one of your stuff and the fish. Also, the head shot.

He said, “Throw your net on the right side of the boat and you will find some.” When they did, they were unable to haul the net in because of the large number of fish.

Nice fish! Great colors! How deep is the water where your fishing? It looks like it could be pretty shallow!

Wow! That is a very nice trophy! It almost looks too big to fit through the hole in the ice. Love it! Great job.....
