You'll have blast. The water is down a little,about a foot and a half(roughly)
The muskies are a little deeper, along with the smallies...but the bronzies are biting and fighting. I used an x-rap
and caught my personal best smallie last week @ Tapps.
Good luck and have fun

I have a couple of hours in the morning and plan to be out there. What are you driving (boating), if I see you I'll stop and say, "Sup?".

They're going with me at 7:30 am at the county launch. Sounds like there are 3 of them and they're worried about room in my boat.
Hope we see you there.

I can't wait to hear the report. I thought I would be going today... until I got home and checked the calendar#-o . Going out Sunday instead now.

hey all

here be the report

we launched the boat early in the morning, and boy was it cold. this was a new lake to us, and being that its not the type of lake we would usually fish, we were definately out of our element. tapps is a crazy lake - we learned so much, as its not exactly how you would fish a normal lake. we fish and chated for most of the day. we blanked but had a great time. we definately will be muskie hunting in the near future!

thanks for everyone who showed up, and for those extra ppl who came out for back seats - it was greatly appreciated. we hope to fish with you guys in the near future.

:)

thanks again

Did you get to see a tiger? This part of the year gets tough and my last 2 outings I didn't even get a visual.
With dropping temps I'll be trolling mainly and might even take a shot at some jigging.

Sorry Tdot I didn't see Bill's post until today so I didn't realize that was you(s). So are you and your partner(s) one and the same (a group of T dots)? Wish I had more time to chat with you and Bill but I only had 2 hours for fishing before the soccer game then had to hit a wedding with subaru2000 lol. Junior and I didn't even see a Tiger on Saturday. But hit it again on Sunday morning and nailed a 39x19!

Later-

lol...subaru drunk texted me from the wedding to tell me that he ran into you there. Too funny. We went to highschool with the bride... Subaru may have elaborated on that already.
