FLW Series National Guard Western in Tri Cities 9/17-9/20

Post by delyakguy » Wed Sep 17, 2008 8:47 am

The tournament will start today and run thru Saturday. Some of the pro's will be at Sportsmans Warehouse today. If you ar in the area stop by, ask some questions or get weigh in totals. Last year they did the weigh in at Walmart everyday. It is televised and will probably air in a few months. Below is weigh in info and address to Walmart.

Weigh-in:
3:00 pm Days 1, 2 & 3 at Columbia Point Marina
4:00 pm Day 4 at Wal-Mart, 2801 Duportail St., Richland, WA 99352, 509.628.8420

I'm hoping that Ron Hobbs Jr does well. Great fisherman, and a good friend. Any other favorites out there?

My tournament partner is in 17th after day 1 in the Co-angler division. Hopefully he can keep it up and cash a good check.

Couple local guys in the top 10, they are from Tri Cities area. Tons of smallmouth being caught, didnt see any LM on newscast-which was funny. The newscaster was being taught "how to cast a pole"

There were some LM caught...Don't think those Cali boys can stand not fishing for them a little bit......I watched some of the weigh-in yesterday, and there were a few.

A great job done by some local boys! I saw a picture of the tournament's big fish from Cody Meyers and thought I would share it with everyone.
