Are you ready??? :bounce:

I am and looking forward to it.:cyclopsan

Remember the Mandatory 7pm Contestant's Meeting Friday night.

There are still about 4-5 slots open if you're on the fence.

Mayfield Resort called me to let me know that there are camping spots open and a few rooms open due to cancellations.
Better move quickly if you're interested.:dwarf:

I want to thank our generous sponsors for without them this would just be another fishing trip. Take the time to check out their websites, stores etc.

Between these great sponsors there will be over $3000.00 in merchandise to give away in our raffle. Tickets will be on sale all weekend so bring your wallets.:farao:

Proceeds from this tournament are used for enhancing the musky fishery in WA and for youth involvement in fishing and education of the fishery.:-({|=

Don't forget about the double header of entertainment that's planned for Saturday evening either. Odds are you'll have so much fun you'll want to do this again next year.:dj:

What if I am late to the Mandatory Meeting?

I remember last year, a team didn't show till Saturday early Morning.

Will I forfiet my spot?

Will there be a penalty or inch(es) deduction of my three fish on Sat?

Just In Case,

Kenster

At least one representative from each team must attend the "Mandatory" contestants meeting. There will not be another contestant's meeting on Sat or Sun.
Last year I received numerous suggestions to hold the drivers meeting on Fri evening since everyone was there and then everyone could sleep another 1 - 1 1/2 hours more on Sat morning similar to the way it was in 2006. I was in agreement.
Failure to attend the contestants meeting would mean that you would not know anything about the agenda for the contest concerning times, procedures etc. Everyone has been made aware of this via this board, the registration packets I mailed to each team and by the many emails and phone calls I've been involved in. My hope is that this will not disqualify anyone. I'd suggest that everyone make arrangements to be in attendance.

3RD ANNUAL MAYFIELD OPEN TIGER MUSKY TOURNAMENT RESULTS

Thanx to everyone that made this event possible. It's a pleasure to run an event for such a top of the line bunch of folks.
I also want to thank everyone that helped with the many tasks required to make these events go well. Lori Wells, Scott Hughes, Buddy Hartman, Josh Kline, Mike Haw, Jani Kuper, Perry Peterson, Jack Tipping, Bruce Bolding and Bill Green. I hope I didn't miss anyone.
Again, check out the sponsor list for this tourney. Check out their places of business, websites etc.
Now for the nitty-gritty details.
A total of 9 muskies were measured, registered and successfully released alive and healthy to put a smile on someones face another day.
1st Place: Ron & Roger Jutte, 41", 42 3/4" and a 40"er.
2nd Place: Ken & Doug Miller, 42 1/4"
3rd Place: Mike Floyd & Brett Olson, 41 1/4"
4th Place: Mike & Frank Haw, 39 1/2"
4th Place: Keith Hoffman & Tom McManus, 39 1/2"
5th Place: Norm Dillon & Don Hempler
6th Place: Tyson Wendler & Mike Peters, 30"
Cash was paid for 1st, 2nd and 3rd place.

Can't wait till next year.
