Chapter 57 Merwin Tourney Results

Post by Deadeyemark » Mon Aug 25, 2008 7:37 pm

Sorry for the late post folks. My boat partner and I stayed an extra night to enable us to enjoy Sunday mornings' fishing but the drive home in traffic got us home late and tired.
Tourney Results:
Mike Haw - 33" - honorable mention.
Rich Dilling - 38" - 3rd place.
Ken Miller - 38" x 17" - 2nd place.
Mark Wells - 32 1/4" x 14" & 43 1/2" x 19" - 1st place and double option pot.

My boat partner and I caught three more on Sun.
5 muskies in a day and a half. Cool. Way cool.

Just think, if you were a member of our Chapter, you to could come and play w/us!!!
Third Thursday of each month. Come, join us.

Jeremiah,

This was just a friendly event. The Competition was between me and Four Muskies, I beat 1 and 3 beat me! Last I heard you were putting your money on the BIG one! Mayfield isn't until 9-13 and 9-14 and now you better re-check your ticket! Better yet, grab a partner and get in it. I have already taught you all you need to know and you have 1 fish notched on your rod, so your good to go!!!! See you out there. Get ahold of Mark and he'll get you signed up!

I always put my money down on the Kenster!
Ya know I'd be down and yes you have taught me many thing Master and I feel I'm ready but I can't. I just went fishing for the first time in a week and a half this last weekend. Since my boy broke his femur bone and is in a half body cast, I've been doing nothing but working and releaving the wife of here duties on the weekend. I'm not even going to fish the Mickelson Bass Tourney. Anyways, enough sob story, wish I could but you guys would regret asking me after I walked away with the top prize. :clown:
Good luck on the water fellas. And I still have my money down on the Kensta!

Dude, that sucks so bad! Sorry to hear that, hope he gets better soon. You'll have a lot of make-up fishing to do in the spring!
