The last few days the bite has slowed down dramaticly. All the runoff and weather have put both the bass and muskies off. The water viz is also way down. The lake level is nearing full, however it will still be at least a week before the Allen York launch is open. I haven't seen anyone working on the new pay system at the launch for several days now and the chains are still stretched accross the launch. The county park launch should be usable, but I haven't check it out. I'll try to do that in the next couple days and report the condition there.
Here's a picture I took while fishing Tapps a couple evenings back.

That perch x-rap is sick! Where can I get me one of those (other than ordering it online....I don't have the patience)?

Drew, its a fairly new product. I've been using the XR-12. Here's some info and an online source. I got mine at Work-Sports and Outdoors in Enumclaw.

Cool, thanks for the info Hook. I'm rarely down south that far, but if I am, I'll have to look that up. I REALLY wish we had a Bass Pro Shop in this state. Only a matter of time I guess.
