I should be back from shooting the Ragnar Relay around 3pm-ish. Gonna grab a shower and get the gear together to head out. Anyone else brave/stupid enough to fish Kapowsin with me tonight? Shoot me a PM and I'll send my cell number.

I literally just walked in the door - five hours later than I had hoped. After getting exactly 3 hours of sleep, in a Honda, since Thursday at 8am I'm taking a shower and going to bed - no point in fishing all night if I won't be able to stay awake (I've apparently developed an immunity to coffee and Rock Star hehe).

Gonna get up early and hit Kapowsin in the AM. If anyone makes it out there, look for the guy in the yellow float tube, nodding off between catching the lunkers ;)

Let me know how you did out there. I've been out a few times and the bats hit my line so much its hard to feel the hits if any. No fish after dark yet!
Are you hung up again!

Sorry I didn't see this sooner, KB - my wife had surgery last Thursday so I've been at home taking care of her. She's doing pretty well so I'm gonna try to sneak out tomorrow morning for some fishing. I'll shoot ya a PM so we can make plans to do some night fishing sometime soon :)

Not sure I could do a night fish ... but would love to hit the water with my tube if you guys are looking for another to scare the fish towards you.
'course they don't have biscuits and gravy ... but if they did, I bet everyone would eat there.

That does sound like a plan for me. I havent fished Ohop nor Kapowsin as of yet. Well if I think about it I have only fished Tanwax once and that was trolling for trout. So I am game for any of them.

Do Tanwax and Ohop both shut the doors at sundown?

Next full moon we might need to take a few fellas out to one of these lakes and do some serious fishing before the weather starts getting super nasty. I'm well-insulated but I don't like fishing when it's that dang cold.
