Lake Washington on the 11th or 12th

Post by skeeter bassin » Thu Jun 07, 2007 3:29 am

Gonna head out for some smallie fishing on the big pond. Anybody up for coming along? Sure could use some help with the gas money, getting too darn expensive to go out as much as I want to.

Wow!!!! Wouldn't even take $80 if ya offered it to me. You would have a friend for life paying me that much for fuel for a morning of fishing. $20 would be much more in line with what I was figuring.

Going out in the morning. The day depends on the time. Monday I can't be at the launch till about 9:30 AM and can only fish till about 1:00 PM. on Tuesday I am open. I can start as early as daylight and fish till we get tired of it. Will be launching out of Coulon. You up for it Daniel, you are without a doubt more than welcome to join me.

I might be able to go, I've been doing okay at the big lake recently. I usually fish alone since I'm new to the area, I really don't know anyone who bass fishes around here. Let me know if Bassmaster can't make it.

Will be at Coulon at around 5:30 to 6:00 AM on the 12th. How about you? Got somebody to fill the back seat. Will be in a Gunmetal Grey Skeeter, black Jeep pulling it.

Sorry I didn't reply sooner. Honey-do list is getting rather large and kept me from getting on the comp yesterday.

No problem that honey-do list is most important.....well maybe not but life is better if that list is small. LOL I can't make it out tues. i don't think. If i do i'll be in a Black/ Red/ silver Nitro with a White Trailblazer SS pulling it. Whats the schedule for next week end? I am available Sun, Mon for sure. Let me know and i'll see if i come in to work late. Maybe I can make it out tomorrow.

Fished on Tues morning. Bite was reaaaaalllllllyyyyy slow in the morning. Seemed like the cold night moved them out of the shallows and into the weedlines in about 15'. About 10:00 am the bite turned on, fish progressively moved in shallower and by noon they were in less than 6'. You should do really well on an evening bite out there. Hopefully the goombas in the pleasure boats wont be too much trouble. Good luck to ya, let us know how ya did.

The same thing happened to me on Monday morning. Everything was dead until midmorning. I think we need some warmer weather to get the morning bite again.

Sommy-Som,

What's that last fish you posted there? Looks like a really silver pikeminnow.
