OK Whoooo Dunnit?!!

Post by Don Wittenberger » Fri Jun 01, 2007 5:51 pm

Rollie's informed me they are OUT OF STOCK of my favorite bucktail!!! There was a run on them recently, and the orders came from the Pacific Northwest! The guy said he couldn't explain that. I told him, yeah, that IS strange. So ... I share a little info with you guys -- and that's how you pay me back!!! :(

Well, I've still got an extra ace up my sleeve ... a SECRET LURE that I haven't told you about ... :) And if this hot weather keeps up, I just may go fishing pretty soon.

HAAAAAAAAAAAAA...Sorry, Don! But you should have known we would go on a feeding frenzy if you shared your successful lure. Kudos to YOU for sharing.

Maybe it had something to do with us passing out 30 or so Rollie & Helen catalogs at the last Chapter meeting?
Naw.

But for those still looking (or without catalogs) try
www.pastikas.com 800-844-2159
nice folk in Hayward, (say hi to Sue) sold out of catalogs, but good selection on line.

and

www.lindyfishingtackle.com of Linderman bros. fame 218-829-1714 1110 Wright St. Brainerd, MN 56401
They got some reel purdy spinners (MG Buck-A-Boo, red and black)musky rollers, all colors etc.

and a few others on the main sponsor page of muskiesinc.com

(just wasted 1/2 hour looking at lures again :study: ... gotta get on the water...:bounce:

and you remember the luckiest lure, right?
The one that's wet.

Don,

I'm looking for your thread about your bucktail. You guys got me thinking of trying the local lakes and I think I'd like to throw bucktails as we used to use spinners for pike years ago.

Don;
What make's this one your favorite? And how do you like to use it at Merwin? You all ready spilled about the lure, might as well finish the job.
