Would really love some good hints and helpful techniques to get started with some fishing over there doesnt have to be salmon or anything just something different than the average rainbow in spokane...I have a place in between grayland and westport on the highway.
Infinite fishing possibilities in that area-my favorite area. As starters, you can fish off the jetties for bottomfish. Also, fish off the beaches for surfperch. My biggest piece of advice is do NOT wade into the surf. Every year, fishermen drown while fishing off the ocean beaches. Just last month, a fisher died at Ocean Shores when a big wave got him while he was fishing at the beach.
