All fish were C & R. Couldn't get any to hit on jigs or shakey heads. All were hooked on Falcon weighted 4/0 wacky senkos!!!

There were a couple of beds (empty)....but i was pretty low to the water level (in my tube), so it was hard to tell at times. I only covered about 200yds of bank from the boat launch. I just got lucky on one of the beds pulled the smaller on first.

I think I'm going to trout tomorrow. Got monday off of work because I was expecting a long grooling tournament on Potholes. It was grooling, but not long, day 2 cancelled due to high winds. I need a little confidence boost after placing dead last :p

What.....not even a hit? Yeah, that water is warm (just perfect for float tubing). Last week I hit up Sawyer and froze my nads off.

I got a short strike on a swimbait, not sure how big it was. Were you fishing up in the pads? They should be looking for spawning areas so I didn't fish some of the muddier bottom. I did make my way around the whole lake though, probably spent too much time looking for the BIG fish. Saw a few beds, but not a full on spawn. Won't be long.

I was fishing up in the pads and skipping way underneath those tree branches. I'll probably hit it up tomorrow afternoon.
