River Report Count not working properly...

River Report Count not working properly...

I went to view the River Reports from the Home Page. The Tab set up for river reports lists a Spokane River Report.
Went to Reports/Read Reports/River Reports - typed in Spokane and the Report Count shows (0) zero, even though there is a report in that section.

Temporary fix in place now till I can make it work correctly 24/7.
