For some reason I can't access the WDFW website. Everytime i try logging on, it tells me I don't have access to the server. Odd, cause I've never had problems in the past#-o

The paper copy is available in a number of sportng goods outlets - I picked up mine at Sportman's Warehouse on Thursday. Should be available at most stories early this week.
