In addition to the actual tournament. For those who cant make it or anyone on this forum really...

I'm going to have a "guess the weight online tournament". Who ever can guess the weight (or closet) of the winning bag of fish will win free lures from my website. More info to come by next weekend.
Good idea with the guess the weight contest. There is really no point in it though, I can tell you the winning weight right now so you might as well just send me the lures. I like the Black and Blue jig. :clown:
How come your not fishing in it? You doing the club tourney the next day?

Sounds like Dez/Rfatt are fishing this. Anybody else on here going to give it a try?

I'll be fishing it. The last time I fished it was a couple of years ago. We took 5th place I think with 3 fish for a little over 10 lbs.

The winning weight will be 17.59 lbs. (Unless I can catch more)

Things are heating up on the lake again, boated 2 and missed 2 in 3+ hours on Wed. with Chris Ferry. Time to get on the water, get the homework done and rip some lips. Hope to see a bunch of ya out there. Should be a great tourny and a great raffle.

Hopefully you are saying there will be some wind/rain. Lake has around 11' of visibility in spots right now so some weather will help turn the bite on.

the weather deinfetlely has wind and rain for it's forecast. I hate wind and rain for early spring, especially cold wind and rain, but if it helps out with visibility, I've fished Sammamish and I know how clear that place can get.

I do not know if the weather forecast could get any worse. Lets start by saying its late March........why the Hell is it snowing still???? Second a little rain mixed with snow just to soak who ever is out there. Last and my least favorite the wind. 7-10mph until 10:30-11:00 then up to 15mph. Sounds like it is gonna be a fun day :^o

Anyone hear the results? I pre-fished Friday for about 6 hours and caught one fish. It was one of the coldest days I've ever had bass fishing. Passed on fishing today.

Fishing was pretty tough for most everybody out there. Hobbs/Pettit won with 10.02 lbs. The big fish for the trny was a 3.42 lb smallie. Only 7 boats came back with fish. Those that were lucky enough to get bit reported fish from 20'-45' on rocks, wood, points, drops, and suspended. As you can tell the fish were scattered with no real pattern producing.

Hoping for better results on Sunday.

That's tough. And it's sounds like a lot of the field backed out due to weather. My hope is that you guys have a better day tomorrow. Good luck out there.
And congrats to those guys for holding it down today during a tough bite. They're truely gifted anglers to do what they do.
Skeeter - post up when they put the pics and results up.
