Perch fishing on Lake Erie
Don't know where to start, 1st post on this forum. If this is the right spot to post a question on perch fishing and boat movement, I will go into more detail, if not can someone point me into the right direction. Thanks

Well, being that it is perch, then you'd think it goes here;

But, beings that Lake Erie isn't in the Northwest then it maybe should go here (or do we have a Lake Erie in Washington State or Oregon State?);

Well I just learned something, there is a lake Erie near Anacortes, first I'd ever heard of it - https://wdfw.wa.gov/fishing/washington/92/

Re: Perch fishing on Lake Erie
Very shallow, lots of pads and it gets very warm every year. Big put and take lake. Looks like a good 14,000 plants, with 10,000 or so being fry. So, probably a good lake to stay away from on opening weekend. The State says there are Bass and Perch in the lake. Go give it a try but wait till after opening weekend, it's one of the few lakes in Skagit Co. with a seasonal closure.
