Rules are rules right?

So i'm not here to rant, just to provide clarity to what is actually going on in this state and Its rivers... Obviously the natives, and I am able to call them native's due to the fact that wish to be called and considered natives in regards to having a fishing season... Its agreeable that it is NOT racist in any way shape or form as they agreed to be called natives by the state and the government. so haters hate......

Now here is what is going on the nooksack.....

The agree'd fishery for the natives on the nooksack is as follows:

Sunday 4 pm to Saturday 4pm per the agreement.....

How in the hell are the nets allowed in the water at 1 pm on a sunday after being pulled out saturday night at 8pm when its been clearly agreed 4 pm time.../

This is the problem with this state... it's the politicians and the wdfw that have their head up their asses and look the other way .... Just because they are native there is nothing anyone can do or say.....

They do not pull the nets out at all according the the native man I talked to on the river last week. Ridiculous.

They "enforce" themselves so they basically do whatever they want. I have seen it on many other river systems as well. Ive seen abandoned nets that have been stuck on logs on the stilly. Also Ive seen Tulalip tribes use Dynamite in the bay, as well as dumping septic trucks into their creeks just 100s of feet before it goes directly into the bay.
And when I saw dynamite I mean I saw them throwing sticks of dynamite to "scare" fish to their nets with 30-40 foot tall water explosions going into the air.
There is so much corruption with tribes, and WDFW has basically told me if they dont comply theres nothing they can do.
Great stuff...
Side Note: Just like anyone, its not all tribes and all tribal members by any means, there is poaching with commercial and recreational fishing all over as well, but they have more agencies to enforce the law other than their family members...

I think sport fishing could be doomed in this state if things continue as they have been going. Its mean to fish and we have to be politically correct. So fishing must be bad(and we should outlaw it) because its mean to the fish. If that's how the majority in the greater Seattle area feels then they can make it so.
