It's sorta a joke, the "Notellum" river. In all seriousness, most people aren't gonna give out their river, or any secret spots, especially with the limited amounts of rivers that we can even fish for steelhead in Washington anymore. Less and less fish = more and more crowds.
If you want info just do some research on what rivers get large returns of Hatchery fish, there are a few that are no secret. If you want to target native fish, do some research on the rivers that get good returns of Wild fish, once you have all that info then go out and do some exploring, that's all the fun in steelheading! You can find your own little spots to fish and learn more if you explore rivers yourself. It's also so much more rewarding in the long run. As far as your location you're gonna likely have to do some traveling to get into fish, not much opportunity around your area right now unfortunately. Just browse through some old reports, Hatchery Escapement archives on WDFW's website, and what rivers are heavily planted. Hope this helps. If you're looking for handouts, this isn't the place, but there is plenty of helpful information and research is all part of the fun.
I used to honestly be more helpful or give more info but I learned my lesson the hard way that posting about rivers on the internet can ruin them for everyone...And that's just not worth it.
