Assuming that you are on the West side, Fish lake near Lake Wenatchee may be your closest bet via the N. end of Seattle area.
Also, Lost lake, off Stampede Pass road freezes. Kitittas county, just over I-90. It is less accessible during this time of year, but if you have the equipment to get there, you can. Have no idea though what the current ice conditions are.
