In the calender there are times listed everyday, What are the Times for? There is an AM And A PM time everyday!!!
Is that supposed to be like the best time to fish?

Read the fine print at the bottome left hand corner. It explains about the lunar periods shown. Bold print is when the moon is overhead and regular print is when it's underfoot. Yes, these will be peak times, especially if they coincide with sunrise or sunset or when a front arrives, etc.
The best time to fish is when you can but I do like to be on a big fish spot during a peak time period.
