Strider43, I have been working with one of my buddies to try and mimic a small shrimp, and create a lure that works very well in mysis shrimp lakes and has been working well for me in lakes that don't have a shrimp population. We think we finally have it down this year and chelan will be the big test.

360, I have a few new tricks to test out also. One should be a major kokanee killer. I'll share after the appropriate field testing and tweaking is complete.

Here is another good link from last year to check out as well. Just talked to a fellow at Gregs custom rod in lake stevens that used this same set up last year as well.

It looks like I'll be able to make it over there this year. I am hoping there is still space available at the camp site. I'll call on Monday. It will be myself plus 3.

Another Sponsor has signed on! FishWithGary, home of Kokanee University and maker of fine kokanee dodgers and lures. He'll be bringing some great gifts to go into our free raffle.

I'll be posting pics of the great stuff our Sponsors are bringing to this event. Be sure to sign up on the RSVP thread!

I'm planning on coming down Friday night and fishing with Darryl and sons Saturday morning, attending the potluck Saturday afternoon and returning Saturday evening.
What can I bring to the potluck, and since I wont be camping, does anyone have a recommendation as to a place to stay.

Cheers

Is The Fisherman's Hideaway available? That's Anton Jones place. Couldn't be more convenient.

I need to start getting people to sign up for potluck items. I can tell you we'll be providing the main course and plates/utensils/glasses, so people can bring things like salads, fruit, chips, beverages (no alcohol), deserts.

Just tell what you want to bring and I'll add it to the RSVP list.
