I'll probably make it to picnic point next weekend. A little early for pinks, but after trying to catch steelhead all summer, I don't really think it'll be any different, haha. Cast a thousand times and catch one fish. Works for me!

I just checked, picnic point us just south of the shipwreck, so it's open.

There's also Meadowdale beach park, or edmonds marina pier.

If youre hoofing it try the dock at Edmonds or Mukilteo. Edmonds pier is big. Ive not done all that well on the Mukilteo dock. Did better on Edmonds.

Edmonds pier isn't really good for humpies right now. Not sure if it's even good. Yeah, anyways, I fished the incoming tide for 4 hours Saturday, nada!
Thank you! Come again! Image

Edmonds is open year round for salmon from what I know. I've caught small silver year round out there. I was there on a walk the other day and saw a school of sockeye come through, although I don't know what they'd bite in the salt.

Ive caught blackmouth and silvers off Edmonds docks.I dont do much dock or pier fishing anymore since I had my boat. When I leave for Pt Townsend from the Edmonds ferry I see the dock and wish I was there. Plus I live in South Seattle so if I do a pier its usually Seacrest. For humpies I go to Lincoln park or Bush point.
