Post by spokey9 » Thu Apr 18, 2013 12:38 pm

I've been poking around looking for some new lakes to check out and liked what i heard about fazon. Is there much shore access or a place where i can rent a boat there?

Lots O Lilly Pads, if I remember right wdfw site is about it for the shore. and I don't think so. Better bring floater. If you head up that way and like bass head over to Wiser too, you won't be sorry.

Like gfakkema said, the launch is pretty terrible unless you are launching out a smaller boat. However, I did see someone get a wakeboarding boat out there last year. He was just testing out some repairs he did I guess. It's a smaller lake with no motor restrictions, which is kind of cool.

We snagged a decent amount of bluegill in there, and a few small bass. Apparently they have brown trout in there. Tiger Muskies were planted year ago, but I'm not sure if they are still in there or not.

The public access spot won't give you much as far as fishing goes. Unless you have a boat/float, i'd skip this lake.
