Yes, exchange the engine start video with the hauling a-double ess cookie video. Never seen a water motor muff fall off the lower unit. If that water muff is loose. Interesting question. For that model year, there were motors with factory installed PT&T. Not certain if it was for that horse power, but thought it was.
