locations
I was wondering what cool docks or beaches by lake washington to fish off of. I just wanna try catchin some small fish i and i can stay there most of the day.

Depends on where you're located at. There's Seward Park. I've never fished there because it's just active with all the 2-legged creatures.
At Mt Baker Park, there's a pretty big dock there. Just south of Mt Baker Park, there's an isolated dock.
On Mercer Island, there's a couple of HUGE docks at Luther Burbank Park.
On the south end, there's always Coulon.

I happened to drive along Kirkland the other day and spotted a couple of parks along Kirkland that had docks. Looked like you could fish there no problem. I didn't stop to check them out though.
They are on "Lake St. S" that runs along the lake just south of Kirkland. Best bet is to look on maps like Google Earth and Bing Maps. Look around your area for parks and such.

Bellevue has a decent deep dock, located under 90.
