sunday= max limit

Post by OFFDAAHOOK » Mon Jul 09, 2012 9:16 am

ifished da secret spot this am ;) fish were not cooperating this am so had to chainge up ,i waz hoping a jig bite but it was off. so yarnball eggs were the ticket. not only that they werent at their usual spot it was difficult to find willing biters. chainged up to lighter line and it was game on. i just had to find them they were scattered. i guess of low and clear cond made things difficult. i limited on springers and steelhat ..2 for 2 on steel and 2 for 4 on springer .da springer was a bit colored up but the meat was still red. i actually had to work for them this time i hate low clear condition hahahaha.most got skunked seen a few landed.Image

geez there is no stopping the slayer. Looking at the USGS and the water rose like 3k cfs last night. Easy limits in the next couple days, they always have to raise the water after the weekend.

Man, How big is your freezer Slayer?

Good job on the limits, steelhead and kings! Walking back with those couldn't be fun, but it's a good problem to have.

Nicely done. The 250 miles round trip for me is just tough to justify as much as I really want to. I need work to send me south for a couple days so I can hit the river.

I was up on the point across from the island. Got to break in my new rod on a couple fish, always a good feeling. I saw you running down the bank on the other side of the river. Looked like a nice fish.

Just testing , I shoulda put a king up there that would of thrown you off ,It was just a picture to show some chrome . Those were last years,
And what is the signature " I fish therefore I am " What exactly are you ? It's kinda like when people say" Have a good one ": Well If I had one I would know if it was any good , But I Don't have one " So Well What do you mean ?
