Sea Lions Killed!!

Post by Jhuynh2 » Fri Apr 06, 2012 12:54 pm

Can we start to say thank you Jesus

the first 2 sea lions were killed this year after the federal judge lifted a ban to take out the sea lions at the bonneville dam. Let's hope they take many more that are not native to the area

Finally 2012 let's Have a great salmon season!
There are some achievements which are never done in the presence of those who hear of them. Catching salmon is one, and working all night is another.

mount the wiskers then. [wink]

We should have a good old fashioned New Orleans funeral for the sealions. As in - a celebration. (i still think they should anchor the carcass to the river bed - that will get their attention)

That would be ALL of them. They don't belong there and should be eliminated --- PERMENITLY!

If I ran for political office, I would raise money by selling hunting licenses for seals, Raise money, eliminate the problem, and people who need seal products can buy the carcasses - everyone wins

Will this stop the Sea Lion that is hanging out below Blue Creek on the Cowlitz?

He said, “Throw your net on the right side of the boat and you will find some.” When they did, they were unable to haul the net in because of the large number of fish.

Does anyone think that it's because of "us" that the sea Lions need to migrate up here to feed? Just curious.....

I figure from your past posts that you fish for salmon. Below is one of your past posts:

"Springers 2012
Anyone getting into springers yet? Let's see them! My bet is fishnfreak will be the first!

So my question to you is, why ask about the "need" of the sea lions to swim up the Columbia? They don't "NEED" to swim up the Columbia, they just do. In so doing they are endangering specific salmon returns. So the sea lions "NEED" to be eliminated on the Columbia.
