steelhead holes

I keep seeing reports from people about the Cable Hole on the Skykomish. Will someone please tell me where it is?

Its funny how all rivers in Wa have a "cable hole".

I also read about that spot. What kind of gear do guys use? I like to fish corkies and yarn. is there a spot to park? anyone going this weekend? how far do you walk to get to the cable hole?
