RIVER Fish Pictures !

we had a half day at school today..........so I skipped school and went to the vedder. score. had to explore the river to find a good spot. finally found a crowded hole and managed to fish out a couple fish. various pinks, about a 12 lb king I released. and kept this beautiful 5lb hatchery coho. I was using peach yarn with a tiny little clump of eggs under a float.

I'm on a roll! Smaller than yesterday. 2 girls and a boy, the buck has tint of red.

Little bit of rain the last few days brought the last little run of chorme kings in from the mouth at the samish. The season is definiety coming to an end, but theres a good number of fish still being caught, and i found a hole with hawggg chromers yesterday! Fresh fish this late is amazing to see, but we limited on super chromers. The first picture is my biggest chromer all year. 36 pounder, sea lice and couldnt be chromer!!!! weighed on digital scale, the others are in the mid 20's. All nice fish for october. Eggs under float for me and chartreuse yarn for my buddy.

Got a limit up north today, was pretty sweet. Some of 'em had some color to them and went straight to the brine, but two of the girls were bright chrome. I'm happy. Biggest was the buck that went 16 on the scale when I got him home. I need a new phone for better pics.

Nice! I just need to convince my wife that THIS TIME I won't lose it overboard, drop it from the dock, dunk it in the river or drop it over a cliff like happened to my last four phones. :P I'm cut off from nice phones until I can keep one longer than three months. Hahahahaha! I probably fish more than is healthy, but who cares.

Pulled plugs and dick nites through Ebey Slough yesterday managed to get one bright hen just after high tide in the evening. It was a feisty fish that went crazy after it realized she was hooked.

Looky what I found in the Stilly yesterday evening. 3rd noteworthy silver of the season, hopefully number 4 will come tomorrow!

I love coho season. Nice fish Matt, that top one is a behemoth. I love it when you get those fat footballs! I got a couple like that the other day at the stilly, were you banking it or boating?

From the bank Nate. I live about 10 minutes away from really good access so I hit it from time to time after work. I only go mid week to avoid the crowds.

Nice. I know the stilly pretty well too, and it's been very good to me in the past week or two. Those fish are FOOTBALLS! Maybe I'll see you out there sometime.

Ive been fishing the wallace lately, its been ok, mostly firetrucks in there and an occasional semi-bright fish, i caught a hand full of coho through out last week but only one that wasnt that colored up, i think im gonna hit the stilly on tuesday or wednesday, heres my first coho from the river
