How well do you know your water? Photo location game.
RE:How well do you know your water? Photo location game.
This seems crazy to me. Wouldnt the increase in real estate value kinda screw people who are comfertable with what they pay for there property now?

Right and then they are going to re-introduce the endangered sabertooth steelhead into the system.

This is crazy...Ted Turner wants to do something similar to the Mississippi River.
Something about real estate and wanting the mouth of the river in Miami.
Just crazy!!!!:joker:

I like your ideas and want to subscribe to your newsletter.
Unfortnately, I hear PETA has already released a statement that they will fight this. Apparently they feel it will threaten puget sound sea kittens (their term for ratfish)
Well written!

Ya, we have enough trouble with them trying to save the Pacific Northwest Tree Octopus.bionic_one wrote:I like your ideas and want to subscribe to your newsletter.

Did this thread get crossed with another post? We seem to be drifting away from identifying a lake.

Sorry guy`s I must have posted in the wrong topic and had no idea.Marc Martyn wrote:Did this thread get crossed with another post? We seem to be drifting away from identifying a lake.

No worries rjn,we had some issues with the thread and it was crossed between another.
I thought the elevator clue would help but we might be lacking a few campers/hikers for this particular
area. Let's see.... This lake is more known for its trout and kokanee fishing but also contains some small and largemouth bass. A few miles to the north of this lake has a unique bragging right for "World's
largest western hemlock" This location is also inside the National Park that shares a border with this lake.

Cushman? Thinking the elevator may be a clue reference Staircase Rd.
When you think you know it all, its time to quit. Knowledge should be gained on every trip.

Don't scare me like that........you know I'm getting old and feeble. I thought it might be my mind going. I had to reread it a couple of times.....rjn cajun wrote:Sorry guy`s I must have posted in the wrong topic and had no idea.Marc Martyn wrote:Did this thread get crossed with another post? "A fairly large western Washington lake, shares a border with a National Park and has a popular
salmon fishing river from its base to the salt."
Looks and sounds like Alder Lake on the Nisqually River.

We have moved on to another lake. No, it's not Alder Lake.
