So how was the meeting? Sorry we couldn't make it, Bill had to work, but we are curious.

Rosy baby,
It was a mediocore turnout quantity wise but the quality was definitely there. Great folks. Talked about upcoming events and goals. Good raffle. A generous cash donation by one of our members toward the growth of our Chapter. Refreshments by our Prez & Secretary. Great BS'n afterward. Sorry you missed it.
The meetings don't end with summer folks. Come to the next one. Join if you haven't already. You won't find a better bunch of folks willing to learn/teach, share info and have fun.

Hey Everybody,

Thanks for showing up. I know it is kind of hard after spending three days, the weekend before, with a lot of us at the "great" Lake Mayfield Tourney. Your attendance and support is/was appreciated. The meeting was a "grassroots" type of meeting. We opened the floor to the members to discuss our past and what we would like to do in the future. We talked about some of the things we liked and some of the things we could possibly make changes with to make our Chapter 57 even better.
We discussed planning for events in the upcoming year. I realize now just how far in advance we must start planning, and organizing, for the future of our club. We talked about possible Tourneys, "Outtings", Volunteer work, WDFW, C.A.S.T. for youth, and getting together with some other groups such as the Western Walleye Club etc... It was a very productive meeting and at the end of it all we actually had a little time to spend talking and trading fish "tales".
Your participation is greatly appreciated and now as things begin to slow down here in Washington... as far as Muskie fishing goes... it is time for us to get to work for our club, for our fishery. Keep fishing, keep looking forward to 2008!!!

It was good to see all of you, especially Jack, who came all the way from Onalaska.

Tiger Muskies are sterile.
You can't keep them under 50 inches:
Let them do their job: Eating N.P.Minnows
