I have a brand new Jackson Coosa, specifically designed for river fishing, and haven't been able to use it yet because of the wind and cold (mostly the wind). Grrrrr.
Amen to that! When the water temps are this low, I leave my self inflating vest on until I pull the boat out of the water and into the tie down area. To my knowledge, the missing kayaker still has not shown up...
