@Mark - In your last pic, is that middle column of fish also perch? Those look like some pretty big perch.

I was told to try deeper at Fish from someone here at WA-LKs.com 2 years ago. Thanks Guy!:salut:

Mark, can you send those pics to me, mike@washingtonlakes.com? I'd like to add them to the Fish lake overview. It's a nice change of pace to start getting some lake ice fishing pics posted to the overviews. Thx.

@Dakota - Nice mess of gills; Been hoping to get into gills all year, but can't seem to find anything they want to bite (not that I'm even sure where they are in the lakes I'm fishing). Surprised they're hitting something as big as a lindy rattler. Nice job and thanks for sharing; That'll be some good eating.

Brrrrrrrrr!!!! Nice pics guys. Sculpin in the midwest are good. I've cleaned them to use for bait and the meat on a bullhead is a very nice white meat. Bullies (sculpin)make great perch bait.
When youre up to your rear end in alligators, its hard to remember that the initial plan was to drain the swamp.

Guys,
That is Winchester Lake over here in Idaho(just south of Lewiston). Been pounding gills all winter with Buckshot Rattlin Spoons and that Lindy Rattlin Flyer spoon. They are averaging nearly 9" with the largest taped at 10". And yes, MOST have been returned to the water unharmed....have a good two meals in the freezer so why be a hog?
