Arizona Catfish.

Heres the 1st fish I have caught down here in Arizona. A channel catfish, she was a hen full of eggs. :joker:

Years ago I bought some of that Uncle Bucks Hush Puppy batter. Haven't used it yet. His other batter is pretty good.

In the early spring, try fishing the Salt River arm of Lake Roosevelt, in the Mountains above Phoenix. I don't know the current rules, but we use to use large Gold Fish dyed red, at night.

Huge Channels, over 10 pounds.
Too much water, so many fish, too little time.
