Best recipe ever;

Put can in fridge for 3 weeks - payday was the 1st.

Let can get cold

Open can on the 25th or a day or 2 earlier

Slice contents and eat.

Best food = cranberry sauce.

I'm eating some as I type this.

:cheers:

Whoa Amx, you are speaking over my low-ceilinged cooking brain.:-s

I like your style getting in on the grub early!
I usually try to break out a can of black olives a day early so my daughter and I can play "finger fight" with them and then eat them.
My wife loves it when we do that:-" :-"
Right up there with me opening the oven prematurely to snag the bit of stuffing that gets a little crispy. You know, the part that hangs out just a little from the turkey opening.:cheers:

PS- Have a great Thanksgiving everyone! I'll definitely have a little smoked salmon sneaking into the feastivities.

"Its the coming back, the return which gives meaning to the going forth. We really don't know where we've been until we've come back to where we were. Only, where we were may not be as it was, because of whom we've become. Which, after all, is why we left." -Bernard Stevens Northern Exposure
