Lake Campbell
Anyone know if the fishing is hot at Lake Campbell up near anacortes/deception pass?
RE:Lake Campbell
I have not heard many reports from Campbell this year. I hit it last fall for bass and had limited success. Word on the street is the trout & perch are still biting at Heart lake, just down the road. There are other lakes in the area that are rumored to hold bass. I can't (won't) confirm or deny these rumors. But you can PM me

I go to Campbell a few times in the spring and summer. Its a reminder of a long time ago for me. I love that lake. Its always fun to fish it. Catfish,Trout,Bass,Perch,Bluegills, the list goes on. Its a no pressure lake to fish and has a nice launch. I usually fish from shore at Lunz's beach ifin its still there.
When youre up to your rear end in alligators, its hard to remember that the initial plan was to drain the swamp.

RE:Lake Campbell
I have caught loads of big fish out of Campbell Spring through Fall. Definitely worth your time.
