dpends on the type of fish
trout wedding rings. Done really well off just everyone I can find.
Salmon. Don't rembmer the name but it's a green and red jig with white rubber legs.
Steelies. Don't have one yet...working on it this weekend

I second the rooster tail. 1/8 gold blade brown tail. I've caught more species of fish with this lure.

how bout a jig. it can catch saltwater bottom fish like halibuts and rockfish and freshwater fish like bass and crappie. Of course the size of the jig and whatever goes on it depends on the fish species.
