You are welcome! But the real thanks goes to you eastsiders who organized this.
When Chapter #57 started in May of 2007, it was always the dream to have a Muskies, Inc. Chapter on the Spokane side, too. This is a good thing for muskie anglers and a GREAT thing for the WDFW Tiger Muskie Program!

Any support you need from CH#57, you got it!

I figured we needed to hit the Mayfield Tournament and show those West-siders how to catch a 50" Muskie. If we did that, then we would get our mount for the Mountain Muskies!

Well, like Marc Martyn says, "when it comes right down to it, ... its up to the fish"

But I figure I have a little "fish Karma" going because they know me... I helped stock, lol.
But I would not mind if your step-son beat us all: Congrats on his first muskie!! 35 inches is impressive!

Had to go out today on Newman and show the youngsters in our group how the adults do it, since they have been the only ones catching any Muskies. My fish was 43"x 19 1/2 girth. My first Tiger ever. Wish someone had been there to take a good photo of the fish.. better take Mel next time lol

Nice pics Craig for not having any help! If you need a partner anytime this weekend, don't hesitate to call. I will be out a couple of times this weekend, but I have a boat project to get finished. If I finish soon enough, it will go to Mayfield if I get to go. A lot of work between now and then!!

Maybe that's the best way to insure you catch something; don't have a camera and if you do, don't fish with anyone that can take a picture!

Congratulations, Craig!! What a rush, eh?
The fish gods must be smiling on you for all the hard work you have put in on the new muskie chapter. :-"
It is always exciting to see new tiger pictures... I like this one of "in the nest".
It is realistic.

We are gearing up for Aug.1 opener for Kings and Silvers. I will keep you posted as it looks to be an early run. I can certainy put you on the fish when they arrive. I will be fishing the beaches at sunrise starting 8/1 so I'll know when it heats up. The salmon runs go on all the way to Nov. so plenty of time to hit them somewhere.
