On one of my duck hunting sites it got real nasty last winter as other hunters were getting ticked about people sharing spots and taking eachother to new locations. In other words, being great sportsmen and introducing one another to new hunting grounds. All of these sites were clear as day listed WDFW sites as well...
TNJ- if you do hit bass lake this weekend you might post up and let people know. I bet at least one person would offer to join (if you're looking for company). I have a softball tourney this weekend so I personally wont' be fishing until at least the 10th. Looking forward to a bass lake report though ;)
this weekends best bets?

RE:this weekends best bets?
There are so many great little to medium lakes and they all have at least some
lunkers in them. This idea that you can hide a lake the size of Morton is pretty nieve. Especially from tens of thousands of anglers in this area. It's already got 6 pages of reports with multiple pictures of big fish.
It's about educating anglers to be responsible with the resource. I would never advocate sharing information you don't want to share and that's been this site's policy from day one. That's why we have the secret lakes report section.
Harrassing others for sharing their information is definately not what WL.com is about. There are plenty of other websites, like the hunting site you mentioned, that have no problem with flame wars and online insults. Not here.
Anyway, sorry for the thread diversion. Wish I had the time to fish some of these lakes, LOL.

I'll be out on Banks Lake this weekend pre-fishing for NWBASS. But right now American Lake is kicking out some good smallmouth. So is Lake WA and Sammamish. A lot of the smaller lakes that are open year round will be heating up with sun (except for this BS storm we are having this week).
