Cabela's XML and Shimano Reel- Spinning

I am still trying to get rid of a few things. Here's what I have up for sale:
Cabela's XML 7' Spinning Rod- 1 piece MH Action 8-20lb line rating, 3/8oz lure weight
Shimano Sahara 3000FD- 170/8lb I bought a bunch of these when they sill had the aluminum handles instead of the new plastic ones. It also has the "paddle" type grip
Everything is well maintained and looks new. Combo cost over $240 new from Cabelas. I am asking $165. Thanks everyone!
