HAPPY NEW YEARS

Post by racfish » Thu Dec 30, 2010 9:14 am

Heres wishing everyone a Happy,Healthy,Prosperous New Year.Be safe and cautious driving around New Years.

This is a lil joke someone sent me. If mods want it deleted I got no problem with it.
Friendly Holiday Advice

Please, take care of yourself this New Years. A recent joint study conducted by the Department of Health and the Department of Motor Vehicles indicates that 23% of traffic accidents are alcohol related.

This means that the remaining 77% are caused by Jerks who just drink coffee, carbonated drinks, juices, milk, water, and stuff like that. Therefore, beware of those who do not drink alcohol. They cause three times as many accidents. This message is sent by someone who cares about your well being.

May the Good Lord Bless us all.....

I reprinted it with some choice words deleted and replaced with kinder words.

I was looking through The Best News Photos of 2010. I literally tear up each time I see this picture.

Recently, a televised interview was shown with a smiling Shell Oil executive stating that gas prices are expected to rise dramatically in 2011 because of the recent offshore drilling restrictions in the Gulf of Mexico.

Let's hope this new year brings a new era of corporate responsibility.

Happy New Year and Many Fish ON!!
Look for Wannafish A Lure on FaceBook
He said, “Throw your net on the right side of the boat and you will find some.” When they did, they were unable to haul the net in because of the large number of fish.

Happy New Year everyone. Won't be repeating last year's New Year's day fishing outing with current temp at 3°, ice fog, and another foot of snow on the ground this week, so the Hewescraft gets to enjoy this year's Christmas present - heat in the shop. [thumbup]

I'll be plowing more snow later today, widening the driving lane in the driveway and plowing out in front of the shop just in case the weather and roads get nice enough for an outing. [laugh]

Thanks racfish. Your post just shows that almost anything can be proven with skewed statistics. Happy New Year everyone.
